We meet no ordinary people in our lives ,says C S Lewis.come to think of it in the last seven decades I had the fortune of benefiting from the hard labour of my parents teachers and my better half in raising children and family single handedly and so many people whose life and love were the driving force for my growth .My students made me a hardworking teacher and I never felt bored or dispirited to go to the class on any day ,though on unexpected holidays,like a child I also rejoiced from the routine of teaching and did light reading and or prepared for the next day class.
Many variables affect life from moment to moment .Ever since I started worrying about the devastating consequences of the financial tsunami demonetization and started compiling notes , i lost peace and sleep and I have been in a trance state in the last six months .I have stopped going for walk for more than a fortnight and more i work it seems tat i am far away from the target .
This period is really an experience by itself and I have learnt that time is an important variable and unless you are gifted writing is not that easy even while it is making you happy and ore spirited .more importantly ,the time has revealed the secret that i should work like my mother ,just keep engaged on a daily basis and that is all ;my advantage is that I am not a high profile individual and the child and poet in me make me more refined even while I am angry with people who have abdicated their responsibility to the nation .
I have begun laughing at lies and realization has come that I can be a soldier in the battle , but war is won by the crooks by all unfair means and God helps them ;the good and the honest suffer beyond their karma ;how to remain calm when Newszland and Sri Lanka bleed and my own nation has been mortgaged to all kinds of evils and ills -both political and economic stemming from authoritarianism and highhanded majoritarianism ,dismantling therby the finer social and moral fabric of the great Indian civilization.
I feverishly pray the Almighty: the work at hand must come to a neat end and I want to be liberated from Modi and his demonetization monster I must thank my well wishers and many others who contributed their labour for my studies and my well being
I read recently that transition from 70 to 80 is the most dangerous zone ,but i want to undermine its import ,when i consider youngsters have their health problems for no fault of theirs and many of them are unable to get their soul mates and a decent job befitting their qualifications ; yes unemployment and scarcity of girls are going to make life difficult fr India ;while my guru paul krugman is concerned with job, i am more worried about the love life of the eligible bachelor boys who are too good .
